These Terms govern your access to and use of the XY-Trust website and portal. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must complete required onboarding, including KYC/AML checks.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, including for compliance reasons.

Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Contract structure

When you deposit funds into an XY-Trust vault, you are entering into a fixed-term lending arrangement. You are effectively extending a loan to XY-Trust for the duration of the vault contract. In exchange, XY-Trust contractually guarantees a fixed annual return on your principal, provided you hold the vault to its full maturity date. The return rate starts at 25% per year and increases for longer-term commitments.

Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge the risks of digital assets and the operational risks associated with the platform. Returns are contractually guaranteed upon completion of the full vault term. Early termination may affect your entitlement to the guaranteed return. You acknowledge you have reviewed the contract terms in full before proceeding.

Distributions

Returns are credited to your account balance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the terms of your selected vault, giving you visibility into accrued profits throughout the contract term. Your principal together with all accumulated returns are paid out in full upon reaching the contract maturity date. No distributions are made before maturity unless otherwise specified in your vault terms.

Refundable incentive

Where applicable, a refundable incentive may be returned after an eligibility period per vault, subject to the vault’s principal not being withdrawn prior to eligibility and subject to applicable terms and conditions presented during onboarding.

Withdrawals and security

Withdrawal processing may involve risk checks, policy controls, and approvals. You agree to provide accurate wallet information and understand that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity, sanctions violations, fraud, or attempts to bypass onboarding checks.
• Interfering with site security, scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the platform.
• Providing false identity information or using third-party accounts without authorization.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, and content are owned by XY-Trust or its licensors. You may not copy or use them beyond what is necessary to access the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XY-Trust disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
